Our Vision: A Future Without Homelessness

We envision a future without homelessness, where all people have equitable access to safe and affordable housing and the support they need to thrive. Through proven solutions and collaborative action, we can make this vision a reality.

Coordinated Entry is a comprehensive system designed to streamline access to housing and support services for individuals and families experiencing homelessness or housing instability. It operates as a centralized point of entry, where those experiencing housing insecurity can access assessments to determine their eligibility for various housing and supportive services programs. By coordinating resources and prioritizing assistance based on vulnerability and need, Coordinated Entry aims to ensure that the most vulnerable populations receive timely access to housing interventions and support services. This approach fosters collaboration among housing providers, social service agencies, and other stakeholders, ultimately working towards the goal of effectively addressing homelessness and promoting housing stability within communities.
